Currently, one still finds the building built in 1892, to accommodate a
caravanserai, building which was used as relay to the travellers.
Today, it shelters the offices of the administration. The park
comprises also various traces of ancient occupation, such as the traces
of a prehistoric site and Neolithic places of worship, marabouts, the
traces of the files, tombs Berber and old mines. But no marked out
circuit is still arranged.
Leisure accomodation:
At the entry of the park is located a forest station and the building
which shelters écomusée. This last presents a beautiful teaching
exposure which knew to marry modern materials and the old cultural
subjects. Thus, all the inheritance as well natural as the knowledge to
make cultural area is exposed there. Paths of visit make it possible to
discover the park and of going to the meeting of the animals in freedom
by joining the source of Ain Cherchera. Various enclosures of
acclimatization presenting of the ostriches, of the gazelles, and other
animals, make it possible to the least sporting visitors to discover
meadows on écomusée behalf of fauna. Spaces of picnic make it possible
to lunch in the shade and opposite a splendid landscape.
