Tunisia Way

Addicted to culture, close friend to the arts, Abderazak CHERAIT has set up the first private museum in Tunisia, the Dar Cherait, which was founded in 1990. Conceived as a living museum, the Dar Cherait contains a unique private collection it took decades to gather. 

The Dar Cherait Museum 

Nests in the middle of the desert, in the splendid date palm oasis of Tozer, a caravan stopping-place for centuries. The Dar Cherait museum is a living witness of the oriental luxurious art of living of a middle-class Tunisian family. It has gathered and exhibits treasures of the Tunisian civilization and its several influences. And, most of all, it pays tribute to the many Tunisian craftsmen, to their work and talent : a proof of attachement to a high quality Tunisian heritage. 

Dar Zmen 

A sound and lights show Dar Zmen is the only way to go back into time, and to mke you feel involved in the history of Tunisia through a trip of 60 million years ever since prehistory passing through Carthage, the Ottomans until we settle in the contemporary Tunisia 

1001 Nights 

the lively park of the Medina of the 1001 nights,tells, through its show, of the old oriental tales of the 1001 nights, told by Scheherazade the princess, to her husbund Shehrayar. All along your visit, you will go through the adventures of Aladdin, Sindbad the sailor, the cavern of Ali Baba, the subterranean cave, the paths of an Arabic city...
